Information about our Returns policy.

1. How will my package be shipped?

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Our Unframed Fine Art prints are rolled in tissue and shipped in a reinforced cardboard tube with paper packaging top and bottom. Care should be taken when opening the tube and taking out the prints to avoid damage.

Our Framed items are protected by foam corners and securely packaged in a three-play cardboard box with expanded foam packaging to prevent shaking and damage.

William-Stafford ships with USPS.

2. What are the delivery times?

Standard delivery time averages between three and seven business days

3. Can I ship my items somewhere other than to my billing address?

During the checkout process, you are provided the option to enter a shipping address that is different than the billing address. Choose NO to the question "Is the above address also the billing address?" Then follow the instructions.

4. What happens if only a portion of my order is available for immediate shipment?

We will ship separately items on your order that are in stock while waiting to restock any temporarily out of stock items. This will not affect your shipping charges.

5. Is my package insured?

We will give you a refund or a replacement for items you are not satisfied with. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please e-mail Customerservices@william-stafford.com with details.

6. How do I know that my item has shipped?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the shipper's website so that you can track it.

Returns

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or full refund (less Shipping).

But before you return anything to us please check in with our Customer Service Department.

E-mail customerservice@william-stafford.com with the following information:

  1. Your Order number along with your full name
  2. The item number (s) you wish to return – ie: WS5168
  3. Please let us know why you want to return them – ie: wrong item delivered, item damaged, item the wrong size etc.
  4. Let us know what action you would like us take – ie: replace or refund

Our customer service department will e-mail you with a Return Authorisation Number and give you instructions of how to return the item to us.

Please use the original packaging (tube or box) to return the item to us and please include the Packing List.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you via e-mail of your refund.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.

If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
